Course objectives
Extracellualr vesicles are cell-released vesicles present in body fluids, and their cargo reflects the pathophysiological state of the cells. The course will present the current knowledge on EV charaterization and use for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, and the main technical approaches. Moreover, it will provide knowledge on vesicle engineering to modify cargo and targeting propertises.
